Geanonimiseerde politierapportages waaruit drugshandel blijkt, vormen voldoende onderbouwing van de aannemelijkheid van drugshandel. Daarnaast hoeft om van drugsverkoop te kunnen spreken, de levering en betaling van de drugs niet in het caf\u00e9 plaats te vinden.
