In dit bevel wordt mensen verboden om specifiek <em>anti-social <\/em>gedrag te vertonen.\u00a0Hieronder worden enkele opvallende ASBO&#8217;s uit de afgelopen weken besproken.<\/p>\n<p>In Banbury is een man verboden om <em>pubs<\/em> en clubs te bezoeken en op publieke plaatsen drank bij zich te hebben. Wanneer hij dit bevel overtreedt, begaat hij een strafbaar feit. <a href=\"http:\/\/uk.news.yahoo.com\/21\/20091204\/tuk-offender-gets-first-ever-drink-asbo-6323e80.html\" target=\"_blank\">Zie hier<\/a> voor foto&#8217;s en verdere gegevens van de man.<\/p>\n<p>Een Schotse man (Stuart Hunt) \u00a0is onder meer verboden naar mensen te lachen of te staren, langzaam in zijn handen te klappen en om met dingen te zwaaien naar mensen. Dit is het gevolg van het lachen naar een dochter van de buren, waarmee Hunt in onmin leefde. Eerder waarschuwingen en een boete deden de vrouw niet stoppen met haar gedrag. <a href=\"http:\/\/news.bbc.co.uk\/2\/hi\/uk_news\/scotland\/edinburgh_and_east\/8393603.stm\" target=\"_blank\">Zie hier.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Een dierenrechtenactivist werd in een ASBO verboden om gedurende zijn hele leven te protesteren. De rechters van London&#8217;s Criminal Appeal Court haalde echter een streep door dit bevel.
