Zij schreeuwt, \u00a0slaat en bonkt op muren gedurende de dag en nacht. Soms is het weken rustig.\u00a0De verhuurder vordert in 2009 ontbinding van de huurovereenkomst. Sinds juni 2008 is echter geen sprake meer van overlast. De tekortkoming in de nakoming van de huurovereenkomst door de huurster is daarom vervallen.
