De Engelse vrouw die een Anti-social Behaviour Order (ASBO) opgelegd kreeg vanwege luidruchtige seks moet 18 januari 2010 voor de strafrechter verschijnen. Bij de buurvrouw werden geluidswaarden van 47 decibel gemeten. Een ambtenaar stelt het volgende over de geluidsoverlast:<\/p>\n

“It certainly was intrusive and constituted a statutory nuisance.\u00a0It was clearly of a very disturbing nature and it was also compounded by the duration – this was not a one-off, it went on for hours at a time.\u00a0It is further compounded by the frequency of the episode, virtually every night.”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
