De gemeenteraad van Maastricht wijzigt het bestemmingsplan om een spreidingsbeleid van coffeeshops mogelijk te maken, ondanks de invoering van de wietpas. De voorzitter acht dat de invoering van de wietpas niet voldoende is meegenomen in de besluitvorming en schorst het wijzigingsbesluit.<\/p>\n
