In december 2012 is de <em>Anti-Social Behaviour Bill<\/em> gepubliceerd. Het wordt makkelijker om gedragsaanwijzingen op te leggen. De <a title=\"De nieuwe Engelse aanpak voor overlast\" href=\"http:\/\/www.openbareorderecht.nl\/index.php\/voorstellen-voor-nieuwe-britse-aanpak-asociaal-gedrag\/\">Crime Prevention Injunction<\/a> vervangt de <em>Anti-Social Behaviour Order<\/em> (<a title=\"Anti-social Behaviour Orders over muziek, protesteren, lachen en drinken\" href=\"http:\/\/www.openbareorderecht.nl\/index.php\/anti-social-behaviour-orders-muziek-protesteren-lachen-en-drinken\/\">ASBO<\/a>) en <em>Anti-Social Behaviour Injunction<\/em> (ASBI).<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Steun voor nieuwe Engelse maatregelen tegen overlastgevende en asociale huurders\" href=\"http:\/\/www.openbareorderecht.nl\/index.php\/steun-voor-nieuwe-engelse-maatregelen-tegen-overlastgevende-en-asociale-huurders\/\" target=\"_blank\">Het wordt ook makkelijker om huurders vanwege overlast uit huis te zetten<\/a>\u00a0met <em>mandatory possession orders<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Daarnaast introduceert de regering een\u00a0<a title=\"Gemeente dwingen tot aanpak overlast naar Engels voorbeeld?\" href=\"http:\/\/www.openbareorderecht.nl\/index.php\/engeland-dwingt-gemeenten-en-politie-tot-aanpak-overlast-en-anti-social-behaviour\/\">community trigger<\/a>, waarmee slachtoffers de overheid kunnen aanzetten om overlast echt aan te pakken.<!--more--><a href=\"http:\/\/www.homeoffice.gov.uk\/publications\/about-us\/consultations\/community-remedy-consultation\/draft-antisocial-behaviour-bill?view=Binary\" target=\"_blank\">Het wetsvoorstel is hier te downloaden.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>De Engelse regering wil het instrumentarium om overlast aan te pakken veranderen.
